Rules for admission of students to the Non-governmental educational institution "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Education", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Higher Professional Education and Post-Professional Education", "Model Regulations of Higher Education Institutions" of the Republic of Tajikistan", "Procedure and method of admission exams for educational institutions of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan", "Charter of the Non-governmental educational institution "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" was developed.

General procedure for admission of students

2.1. In the Non-governmental educational institution "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" training of specialists from among the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan is carried out on a contract basis.

2.2. Citizens of foreign states, as well as foreigners and unclassified persons residing in the Republic of Tajikistan, are admitted to the NEI "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" in accordance with interstate contracts and agreements, only by contract if they have a document of equal recognition of education, after passing the competition and paying the tuition fee.

2.3. Admission of citizens of Tajikistan and foreign countries to the NEI "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" for the second higher education is carried out only on the basis of a contract (paid).

2.4. Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, who graduated from general secondary education institutions and vocational secondary education institutions, after passing the centralized entrance exam and passing the competition, according to the instructions of the National Test Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, submit the necessary documents to the institution's admission commission.
2.5. Studying at the NEI "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" is full-time. According to the "Concept of medical and pharmaceutical reforms in the Republic of Tajikistan", which was approved by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated October 31, 2008 under No. 512, the duration of education is 6 years in the faculties of medicine and medical psychology, and 5 years in the faculties of Dentistry and Pharmacy.
III. The procedure for accepting documents of applicants sent to the institute according to the list of the National Test Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan
3.1. Applicants who have passed the centralized entrance exam and passed the competition with the necessary points, according to the instructions of the National Test Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, submit the following documents to the Institute Admission Commission:

• Application in the name of the Rector;
• Document on general (full), primary and secondary professional education, state model - original copy;
  medical certificate;
• 6 photos (size 3x4 cm);
• A passport or an identity document with a photo issued by an authorized state body;
  military card or draft military certificate (for boys);
• 3.2. For the applicants, who have been included in the list provided by the National Test Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the centralized entrance exam, it is mandatory to pay the one-year tuition fee to the fund of the institute before submitting the documents.

3.3. In the event that the applicant does not submit documents to the admission commission of the Institute within the deadline set by the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, his documents will not be accepted, and the list of this applicant will be submitted to the National Testing Center as an absentee.

The procedure for accepting students' documents for obtaining a second higher professional education

5.1. According to Article 41 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Education", citizens with higher professional education are allowed to receive secondary education and further higher professional education only on the basis of a contract (non-free).

5.2. Admission of students to NEI "Medical-Social Institute of Tajikistan" for the second higher professional education is carried out only according to the contract based on the promotion of educational activities. An attestation commission will be established to hold a conversation with these applicants. Students who have applied for the second higher professional education will be included in the ranks of students only after passing the interview and paying the tuition fee.
