The main tasks of the quality control department of education
- Development and implementation of the institute's policy in the field of quality management in education;
- Implementation of information technology, computer support, updating audit resources in order to provide quality educational services;
- Development of local regulations in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of education and regulating the activities of the Institute in the field of educational services;
- Participate in the development of programs for initial vocational education of higher education, programs of additional vocational education, implemented in the institution;
- Introduce a system of measures for internal audit, quality monitoring and provide an opportunity to professionally use their results for making managerial decisions to improve the quality of education.
- Carrying out control and monitoring operations on the quality of work processes and their results, the organization of social and psychological research, diagnostic examinations on the provision and assessment of the quality of educational services at the institute.
- Development of information and analytical materials on the quality of education, carrying out activities for their dissemination.
- Development of preventive and corrective measures in the field of quality assurance of the educational process.
- Preparation of recommendations for eliminating inconsistencies in the quality management system of education, improving the qualifications and qualifications of the institute's staff, improving the material base, improving the management of the institute and at the same time the quality of education.
- Organization and holding of methodological conferences, seminars, round tables, trainings, consultations in order to improve the qualifications of teachers and staff of the Institute on the provision of quality educational services.
Preparation of materials before the questionnaire (a questionnaire for interaction, a questionnaire for checking the quality of learning, criteria for assessing training, a questionnaire for assessing the work of a teacher, a questionnaire for assessing the eternity of knowledge, etc.).
