The educational Department of the Non-governmental educational institution (NEI) "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" plays a key role in providing quality education in the field of medical and social spheres in Tajikistan. It is one of the most important structural divisions of the Institute, responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the educational process, as well as the development and implementation of innovative educational programs.
The educational Department was created in 2020, so it acted as a Department. Department in its activities complies with the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and orders of the ministries of health and social protection, education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan, orders of the Rector of the Institute, decisions of the Academic Council, etc. Training is conducted in 3 languages – Tajik, Russian and English languages.
Clinical training of students is carried out at the Practical Skills Training Center (PSTC), which is equipped with modern equipment and the latest model technology. At the center, students have the opportunity to practice on simulators, plasticizers and other specialized simulators that recreate realistic working conditions in a clinical environment. This allows them to learn the necessary skills and experience before working with patients. Thanks to this training, students gain valuable practical experience and are prepared for professional work at a high level.
The mission of The educational Department of the NEI "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of medicine and social work, in the specialties: "General medicine", "Medical psychology", "Dentistry", "Pharmacy" and "Social work" (social , medical and psychological activities) capable of working successfully in modern society, effectively solving medical and social problems, and also contributing to the development of healthcare and the social sphere of the Republic.
The goals of The educational Department of the NEI "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" include the following aspects:
- Providing quality education: The main goal of the Department is to provide a high level of education in the field of medicine and social work that meets modern requirements and standards.
- Student support: Office is aimed at providing a comfortable learning environment and supporting students in their educational and professional activities, including consultations, organizing additional classes and events, as well as assistance in resolving educational issues.
- Development of research work: Department sets itself the goal of developing research activities among both students and teachers, with the aim of creating new knowledge, improving practical skills and introducing innovative solutions into medical and social practice.

Organizational structure
The educational Department of the NEI "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" has a clear organizational structure that ensures effective functioning and achievement of its goals. The management includes the following key divisions:
- Central Educational and Methodological Council (CEMC) at the NEI “Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan” plays a key role in the development, coordination and improvement of educational programs and methodological support of the educational process.
- Department of practice at the NEI "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" has an important role in organizing and coordinating the practical training of students, providing them with the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in a real professional environment. It is aimed at developing the professional competencies of students and preparing them for a successful career in their chosen field.
- Department of education for quality and control at the NEI "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" also plays an important role in ensuring a high level of education and continuous improvement of the educational process. This Department is responsible for the development and implementation of a system for monitoring the quality of education, assessing learning outcomes, collecting feedback from students and teachers, as well as developing measures to improve the quality of Education.
- Department of registration and consultation center (DRCC) has a key role in organizing and conducting test exams for students at the Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan. This Department is responsible for coordinating the entire process, from registering students, providing information to organizing exams and issuing results.
Description of the mechanisms for planning and organizing training programs:
- Development of training programs: Based on the results of the analysis, as well as taking into account modern educational programs and requirements for professional training, the educational process management develops training programs for each specialty. These programs include a list of disciplines, their content, level of complexity, forms and methods of teaching, as well as expected learning outcomes.
- Planning of the educational process: Based on the curriculum, the educational process management develops a schedule of classes for each semester or academic year. The schedule determines the dates and times of lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, consultations and other educational events. The workload on each teacher and the resources required to conduct classes are also determined.
- Monitoring and evaluation: In the process of implementing educational programs, educational process management carries out systematic monitoring of their implementation and evaluation of effectiveness. This includes monitoring student activity, their progress, the quality of classes, as well as assessing learning outcomes. If necessary, adjustments are made to curricula or teaching methods.
- Regular updating of programs: Management of the educational process monitors the relevance of educational programs and makes the necessary changes and additions in accordance with the changing requirements of the labor market, scientific achievements and social needs. This allows us to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of the educational program and graduates of the Institute in the labor market.
