According to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan about "Education", Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "Higher professional education and vocational education after higher education institutions”, “Approximate provisions of educational institutions higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan”, "Regulations of the Faculty of Higher Professional Education institutions "Republic of Tajikistan", order of the founder of the Institute dated 08/03/2020 No. 04-1 on the opening of a Non-governmental educational institutions "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan".", in due to production needs, by order of the Rector  of "Medical - Social Institute of Tajikistan" dated August 10, 2020, No. 04-18 was opened faculty of “Medical psychology”, from the September 1 2020, Acting Dean of the Faculty was Odina Davlatovich Talabov and since February to October 2021, the post of dean of the faculty was held by Rizoeva Gulnora Ikromovna. Since Oct 2021 to present Acting Dean of the faculty is Haydarzoda Buzurghani Marufkhan. In the field of professional activity specialists in the direction of "Medical psychology" refers to scientific, research and practical work in field of clinical psychology, which is aimed at solving complex tasks of psychological diagnostics, diagnostics and providing psychological assistance to citizens in institutions health care, education and social assistance to the population, public economic organizations., consists of administrative and law enforcement agencies, scientific oriented. There is a speciality of “Medical psychology” in faculty of “Medical psychology”, where studing 264 students now.
